Welcome to Kickstart Sports Academy. By enrolling in coaching programs, booking facilities, participating in events, or using any services provided by the academy, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Participation

All participants must complete the required registration process and provide accurate personal information. For minors, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Participants must follow all instructions given by coaches and academy staff.

2. Health and Fitness

Participants confirm that they are physically fit to participate in sports activities. Any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations must be disclosed prior to participation.

Kickstart Sports Academy reserves the right to restrict participation if a medical condition may pose a risk.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and visitors must maintain respectful behaviour at the academy.

The following may result in suspension or termination of participation:

• Misconduct or abusive behaviour

• Damage to academy property

• Disruptive behaviour during training

• Failure to follow safety instructions

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Timings and Attendance

Participants are expected to arrive on time for coaching sessions. Late arrivals may miss part of the session.

Missed sessions due to personal reasons are generally not eligible for make-up classes unless approved by the academy.

5. Facility Usage

All facilities must be used responsibly. Participants must:

• Wear appropriate sports footwear

• Follow facility rules

• Use equipment only as instructed

Kickstart Sports Academy is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

6. Photography and Media

The academy may capture photos or videos during training sessions, matches, and events for promotional or educational purposes.

If a participant or parent does not consent to this, they must notify the academy in writing.

7. Program Changes

Kickstart Sports Academy reserves the right to modify schedules, coaches, facilities, or program formats when necessary.

8. Liability

Participation in sports involves inherent risks. By participating, individuals acknowledge and accept these risks.

Kickstart Sports Academy, its coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during training or participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
